PDQ Copy

This is the fastest copy program that we have seen. The program checks for active drives. You can't write to a drive that isn't there, and have Adam freeze. This also applies to calling a catalog on a non-existent drive. This copy program gets both drives going at once when doing a block copy from one to the other.
